We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to build scalable, high-performance, and user-centric web experiences for B2C products and digital platforms. The role will focus on developing modern frontend applications using ReactJS, while ensuring excellent performance, usability, responsiveness, and maintainability.

The ideal candidate will have strong frontend engineering expertise, a deep understanding of ReactJS, and experience building consumer-facing products at scale. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and other engineering teams to translate product requirements into seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable B2C frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces across web and mobile-responsive platforms.
• Translate product requirements, wireframes, and designs into reusable and maintainable frontend components.
• Develop complex user journeys and interactive features while maintaining a strong focus on usability and performance.
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to scalable frontend architecture and design systems.
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product features.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimise application performance, page load times, rendering, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Ensure frontend applications work consistently across major browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
• Implement robust error handling, validation, loading states, and other user experience considerations.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-tested frontend code following modern engineering practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.
• Contribute to frontend testing, debugging, release activities, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure applications follow appropriate security, accessibility, and frontend development standards.
• Stay current with ReactJS, frontend technologies, web performance practices, and emerging development trends.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with strong hands-on experience building production-grade web applications.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS and modern frontend development practices.
• Proven experience developing B2C applications or consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React components, hooks, state management, and frontend architecture.
• Experience building responsive, scalable, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, browser behaviour, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimisation, debugging, and production issue resolution.
• Experience with reusable component development, design systems, and scalable UI architecture.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and modern development workflows.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, maintainability, and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams.
• Ability to take ownership of frontend features from requirements → development → testing → deployment → optimisation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
