We are building a talent community for experienced database and DevOps engineers who can design, automate and support business-critical database platforms. The role provides production and development support for database applications, establishes build and operational standards, and acts as a technical escalation point for complex database issues.
You will help design, deploy, migrate and operate Oracle and SQL database environments on Microsoft Azure. Working closely with database design, application and cloud teams, you will create robust, scalable and secure services while supporting the migration of database workloads from on-premises environments.
As a Lead Database Engineer - DevOps, you will combine deep database engineering expertise with automation, cloud and site reliability practices.
Our process is skills‑focused and structured to be fair and consistent. For mainstream coding roles, candidates typically complete a technical assessment (e.g., Codility) before interviews that explore applied technical skills, design thinking, and our Engineering Principles.
