Content team supports Aon business units across geographies with research, analytics, marketing, proposal support and operational support to client delivery. Its mission is to provide Aon sales, marketing and strategy teams with the information, analysis and insight necessary to make informed decisions across business development, client delivery and strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for creating high-quality, client-focused written content across formats (reports, articles, web copy, and marketing materials), collaborating with subject matter experts and marketing teams, and continuously improving writing quality within the insurance, risk, and financial services context.

JOB Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Delivery
   • Produce high-quality, client-centric written content across multiple formats including reports, hero articles, blogs, web copy, sales collateral, and campaign materials.
   • Conduct research and interview business subject matter experts to gather insights and develop differentiated perspectives in the content.
   • Edit and refine own content and assist with basic editing to maintain quality and consistency.
   • Deliver content within agreed deadlines while managing competing priorities effectively.
2. Collaboration & Communication
   • Work closely with senior writers, marketing, and campaign teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals.
   • Communicate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to clarify content requirements and obtain timely inputs.
3. Continuous Improvement & Learning
   • Actively seek and incorporate feedback to enhance writing quality and effectiveness.
   • Stay informed on industry trends, writing best practices, and sector-specific knowledge (insurance, risk, financial services).

• Quality, clarity, and originality of content produced.
• Timely delivery of assigned writing tasks and projects.
• Positive feedback from senior writers, marketing teams, and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated progress in writing skill development and content knowledge.
