Job Description

Lead and develop Information Technology and Communication Services sector teams as senior subject matter expert

Drive strategic performance improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams

Represent Operations in strategic forums and executive meetings

Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management for sector teams

Implement scalable processes, automation, and strategic projects

Mentor Team Leads and contribute to organizational development

Create, manage PMS and Operational dashboards (Excel, Power BI and PPT)

Requirements
