Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with delivery leadership, requiring ownership of complex implementations, technical mentoring, client engagement, and engineering excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a senior technical contributor who serves as the go-to AEM expert within the delivery team, partnering with architects, product owners, designers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences. The role requires strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, integrations, and modern web technologies. Experience integrating AEM with React Native applications is highly desirable.

• 4+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for AEM delivery workstreams and initiatives.
• Design and implement complex AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and integrations.
• Partner with solution architects to ensure alignment with platform architecture and client objectives.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, maintainability, and technical standards.
• Lead technical design discussions and guide implementation decisions.
• Oversee performance, accessibility, security, and scalability considerations across solutions.
• Identify technical risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical production and delivery issues.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Serve as the go-to technical expert for AEM development teams.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical guidance.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Support team capability building through technical leadership and best practices.

Client Engagement & Collaboration

• Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Present solution approaches, implementation walkthroughs, and technical recommendations.
