Department: Business Development / Sustainability
Reports To: Director – Certification & Training
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and growing the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) business across India. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing key customer relationships, preparing commercial proposals, and achieving revenue targets for ESG-related services.
The successful candidate will work closely with technical experts, certification teams, and marketing to position the organization as a preferred partner for sustainability, climate, and ESG assurance services.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Sustainability, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. 8–12 years of B2B sales experience of Sustainability services in a certification body.
