Role Overview

We are looking for a Training Executive + Team Leader who can manage a team of recruiters and drive the complete Recruitment → Onboarding → Training journey, while also creating engaging AI-enabled and digital training content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters responsible for facilitating the Onboarding to Training journey.
• Ensure smooth coordination between recruitment, onboarding, and training teams.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, onboarding, and process training programs.
• Develop training modules, presentations, assessments, and learning content.
• Leverage AI tools to create engaging and scalable training content and modules.
• Create digital training videos, micro-learning videos, and instructional content.
• Design training presentations, infographics, posters, and job aids.
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.

Key Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Team Leadership Skills – Experience in managing and guiding a team of recruiters/trainers.
• Training Delivery Experience – Minimum 3 years of hands-on training/facilitation experience.
• AI Content Creator – Ability to use AI tools to develop training modules, scripts, assessments, and learning content.
• Digital Video Creator – Hands-on experience in creating and editing training/instructional videos.
• Graphic Designer – Ability to create professional presentations, infographics, posters, and other training collateral.

Preferred AI & Digital Tools

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Google Flow, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Synthesia, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or equivalent tools will be an advantage.

Portfolio

Portfolio/Samples of AI-generated training content, videos, and graphic designs will be preferred.
