Manager - finance analytics & digital transformation

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Finance & Accounting

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, and MIS reporting. Analyze financial and operational performance and provide actionable insights to management. Support month-end closing, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Qlik sense. Create automated MIS and KPI reports for senior management. Integrate data from ERP systems and various business applications to provide comprehensive analytics. Develop self-service reporting solutions for business users.

Digital Transformation & AI

Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and business analysis. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within Finance and Accounting functions. Drive implementation of digital solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

System & Process Improvement

Work closely with Finance and IT teams to gather business requirements and develop reporting solutions. Improve existing reporting frameworks and data governance practices. Support ERP reporting enhancements and finance automation projects.

Experience

4–7 Years Industry Preferred Automobile

Qualifications

CA / MBA Finance with relevant experience

• Microsoft Power BI (Dashboard Development & Data Visualization)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
• Data Analytics and Business Reporting
• Advanced Accounting and Financial Reporting Knowledge
