Manager - business loans - direct

Job Purpose

To provide customized lending solutions for business loans, empowering clients to achieve their financial goals

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients for business loans through open market sourcing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients/Channel partners to source business.
• Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
• Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns
• Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
• Effectively engage with credit, operations & risk team to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with Collection team to improve recovery process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
