Hiring: Technical Support Associate – International (US) Process, Kolkata

Location: Kolkata

Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Shift: 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts)

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

About the Role

We are hiring smart and energetic Technical Support Associates to join our US-based process. If you have good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and are ready to work in a dynamic environment — this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle technical support queries from international customers
Provide prompt resolutions via calls and emails
Maintain high-quality customer experience and professionalism in every interaction

Requirements

Education: Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA)

1 year and above experience candidates can only apply for this role.

Excellent verbal communication skills

Basic technical knowledge is a must
