Job Description

Role: HR Manager for CBSE School

Location: Pasodara, Surat

Exp: 3-5 yrs

Responsibilities

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring the school attracts high-quality educators and support staff.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with CBSE guidelines and labor laws.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
