Design manager (architect)

The project:

This is a high-rise residential project in Noida.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinates design management activities to deliver business plan objectives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
• Leads and supports design management resources, ensuring stakeholder requirements and project objectives are effectively met.
• Monitors performance, analysing and presenting KPIs, management review data and key metrics to support decision-making.
• Ensures compliance with governance frameworks, management systems and best practice across the project lifecycle.
• Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enabling collaboration and successful project delivery.
• Promotes continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and the net zero carbon transition through responsible delivery practices.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience of projects of a similar nature.
