Duties and Responsibilities

Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduate/ Post Graduate with relevant experience of 1-2 years in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
