Job Purpose

At Bajaj Finance, our Wealth Managers are trusted advisors to our clients. As a Wealth RM, you will manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and affluent clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through thoughtful advice, curated investment solutions, and long-term relationships. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy client engagement, understand markets, and want to build a rewarding career in Wealth Management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue

  • Drive AUM growth, cross-sell, and revenue generation through existing and new client relationships.
  • Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Achieve defined business and productivity targets.

Market Engagement & Knowledge

  • Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and investment opportunities.
  • Participate in investor awareness sessions, client events, and market discussions.

Advisory & Investment Solutions

  • Understand client goals, risk appetite, and financial needs to recommend suitable investment solutions.
  • Offer advisory across:
    • a) Mutual Funds & Fixed Income
    • b) Broking & Insurance
    • c) Structured Products & Alternate Assets
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and market updates with clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with HNI and affluent clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients across investments, portfolio reviews, and service needs.
  • Deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience at every touchpoint.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and suitability norms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in Relationship & Wealth Management, Broking, or Financial Advisory.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • NISM & IRDA mandatory.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, client-friendly manner.
  • High ownership mindset with strong ethical standards.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-led environment.
