Total Experience Required: 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.

BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.

Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Tools: Jira, Confluence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for Capital Markets & Trading transformation initiatives
• Apply Agile/PI planning practices to structure and track delivery
• Coordinate across business, technology, and operations stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support delivery governance, risk tracking, and reporting using Jira and Confluence
• Bring banking or capital markets domain context to delivery planning and prioritization decisions

Required / Must-Have Skills

• Strong core PM skills and hands-on Agile/PI planning experience — this is the primary, non-negotiable requirement
• Banking domain exposure is the preferred second requirement if a candidate with both strong PM skills and wealth domain knowledge cannot be found

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Capital markets knowledge, specifically brokerage or trade lifecycle experience, is preferred as the strongest combination of core skill plus domain skill
• If capital markets knowledge is not available, general banking domain experience would be acceptable as a secondary option
