Desired Candidate Profile and Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in open sourcing sales (Life Insurance)/open market experience
• Hands-on experience in generating business through Partnerships/Self Sourcing/Referrals
• Strong understanding of customer profile
• Generate insurance leads through referrals, branch walk-ins, customer data mining

• Presentable, communication skills with quick check on basic maths.
