The project:

This is a mixed-use development project in Gurgaon.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Administers contracts, warranties, bonds and project documentation, ensuring compliance and effective contract execution.
• Provides commercial and contractual expertise across project delivery, supporting informed decision-making and risk management.
• Manages valuations, variations, claims and final accounts to maintain commercial integrity and project outcomes.
• Delivers robust cost control, financial reporting and commercial performance insights that add value for clients.
• Builds strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Drives continuous improvement and supports the net zero carbon transition through responsible and collaborative working.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience of projects of a similar nature.
