Job Description:

This is a permanent role on the Campaign Operations team, reporting to the Campaign Operations Manager. You will work closely with the Campaign Operations teams in EMEA & US, who are involved in providing clients with insights into their campaigns, audience, etc.

Role purpose:

The Campaign Operations Team works to ensure the implementation and delivery of all digital advertising campaigns, while being highly efficient, and facilitating and delivering revenue.

As a Campaign Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Set-up, management, and monitoring of campaigns and pixels across platforms.
• Monitor and report on basic checks for Search/Social campaigns on respective platforms.
• Set up campaigns according to guidelines and ensure data maintenance and integrity of campaigns and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers are key; you must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
• Adaptable and able to be flexible with changes in prioritisation to meet new or revised objectives.
• Support the team by querying trafficking requests that are unclear or incorrect, and present information effectively via calls, Slack, or email when asking or responding to queries.
• Creation of reports and forecasts for clients and colleagues as required.

What are the requirements of the role?

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar digital role.
• Experience with planning and running PPC and Display campaigns.
• Google AdWords Certification and/or DoubleClick Campaign Manager Certification.
• Platform experience: Google Ads, FB Business Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of the digital technology marketplace, with agency, media owner, or ad tech background.
• Strong analytical skills; must be able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adaptable and able to adjust priorities to meet new or changing goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
• Work Timings will be 12.30 PM TO 9.30 PM IST.
