We are looking for a Brand Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of brand plans and translate brand strategy into well-executed campaigns, launches, and content. Reporting to the Head of Brand/Marketing, the role will coordinate with creative agencies, internal teams, and retail stakeholders to ensure consistent, timely, and effective brand communication across all consumer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have strong campaign execution, project management, agency coordination, and brand performance skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Execute brand campaigns across ATL, digital, social media, print, OOH, and retail channels from initial brief through launch and post-campaign review.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with creative and media agencies, including briefs, timelines, feedback, approvals, and delivery of creative assets.
- Adapt and roll out campaign assets across regions, formats, and languages while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Support regional festival and bridal campaigns by working closely with Regional Marketing Managers to adapt campaigns for local markets and store catchments.
- Coordinate communication for loyalty and referral programmes across CRM, in-store, and digital channels.
- Track enrolment, redemption, referral, and other relevant programme metrics.
Content & Brand Touchpoints
- Maintain the master brand and campaign calendar, ensuring all stakeholders have access to required timelines and assets.
- Provide campaign assets, key visuals, communication guidelines, and brand materials to Social & PR, Performance Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Support collection launches, store launches, events, exhibitions, and other brand initiatives with relevant marketing and communication assets.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure effective in-store branding, signage, campaign visibility, and brand presentation.
Brand Insights & Reporting
- Track campaign performance, brand health metrics, and relevant marketing KPIs.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and post-campaign analyses to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor competitors, category trends, and consumer behaviour, particularly within jewellery, luxury, fashion, and premium consumer segments.
- Translate market and consumer insights into actionable recommendations for the brand team.
Operations & Budget Management
- Maintain campaign trackers, project timelines, and budget utilization records.
- Monitor campaign spends and ensure activities remain within approved budgets.
- Maintain and organize the brand asset library for easy access and consistent usage.
- Ensure brand assets and communication materials are used in accordance with established brand guidelines across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, advertising, or a related field, either on the client side or with a strong agency background.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury, beauty, fashion, premium retail, or other consumer-focused categories is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns and coordinating with creative and media agencies.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good understanding of digital and social media marketing, along with traditional media channels.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- MBA or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related discipline is preferred.
