In charge - Security is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the organization. This role involves planning and overseeing the collection, collation, interpretation, and dissemination of valued and authentic information that directly or indirectly impacts the organization, ensuring a secure and resilient environment.
Manage end-to-end site operations, guaranteeing compliance with the operating model and SOPs, and guide the team on handling exceptions.
Conduct internal patrols using CCTV and document findings, maintaining a high level of security vigilance.
Supervise the Access Control team, ensuring process adherence, and manage the issuance and deactivation of access cards for various visitors.
Oversee business traffic operations, including authorization checks of vehicles and cargoes using GPS and RFID tagging tools.
Act as the first responder to crises, emergencies, and incidents, managing exceptions and ensuring swift and effective action.
Incorporate operational inputs into the business's strategic objectives and security roadmap, ensuring that site-specific needs are addressed.
Offer recommendations for the design of the operating model and SOPs, ensuring that operational processes are effectively integrated.
Collaborate with the Site Security Head to assess and manage the performance of empanelled partners, building strategic relationships.
Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
Head of Section - Security, Security Personnel, Audit & HR team, Direct Reportees.
Law enforcement agencies, local community leaders, External Auditors.
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6+ years’ experience in security management with at least 1 years of experience in an I & V department or similar field.
