Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Assistant Manager, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the leader communication strategy, ensuring end-to-end implementation of internal communication messaging as well as social media content of leaders. The incumbent will report to Assistant Manager/Manager and will work closely with leaders as well as various other stakeholders to help drive the strategic and organizational growth goals of the organization. The incumbent must possess in-depth knowledge of the US Health Care business and should have prior experience in managing a Team of 20+ associates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Work on different functions in the Organization with a team
• Update and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures from time to time by taking input from respective subject matter experts
• Assist supervisor in the development of reports and other basic tasks assigned from time to time
• Decision-making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts
• Perform under pressure and multitask
• Achieve individual SLA targets

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Non-BTech (preferably)

EXPERIENCE

• 0-1 year of overall experience
• US Healthcare / Enrollment & Billing Experience will be an added advantage

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong written and oral English communication
• Problem-solving
• Computer skills (Excel, MS office word, PPT, internet navigation)
