Job Title: Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide clients access to electronic liquidity through Multi-Dealer Platforms and Nomura Live.
• Manage client onboarding and configuration for electronic trading platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients requiring electronic trading support.
• Provide first-line customer support and coordinate with Sales, Trading, and Technology teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure electronic trading access is granted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Deliver real-time support to ensure a seamless electronic FX trading experience.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain efficient operations.

Requisites

• Experience working within financial markets.
• Knowledge of OTC and Cash FX products and markets.
• Exposure to electronic trading platforms is desirable.
• Experience in a market's client service or client support role is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
