Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

NPD- Tooling, ORC closures, Facilities and developmental activities within NPD timeline and preparing and maintaining PPAP documentation.

Hands on experience in Procurement of new Machines, SPM, Conveyors, PTO Dynamo Testing, Roller Bed testing and MHE.

Installation and commissioning of Equipment. Shutdown planning and execution.

ECN implementation on line with closure of PPAP documentation. Layouting of Process flows and Machineries to create space and reduce NVA.

Procurement of new tightening tools.

Basic knowledge of Time study. Capex planning Y-O-Y. Basic knowledge of SAP.

Basic knowledge of team centre for doing DFA. Kitting for knowledge sub assembly and main line assembly.
