Sap sd order-to-cash consultant

Responsibilities:

• Design, support, and ensure the seamless integration of Order-to-Cash processes across the value chain, from order creation through billing, within an agile project environment.
• Take responsibility for the functional and technical handling of SAP SD integration processes, including EDI, IDoc, REST, SOAP, and OData interfaces in an international SAP landscape.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal business stakeholders, external partners, development teams, and operations teams on both business and technical topics.
• Analyze interface and integration issues, support troubleshooting activities, and contribute to the definition of sustainable technical solutions.
• Apply and support authentication and security concepts, including OAuth2, certificate management, and CPI-based integrations in both project and operational scenarios.
• Participate in the design, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP SD configuration objects such as: Sales document types, Copy control routines, Condition tables and access sequences, Partner functions, Text determination, Output management.
• Identify and drive optimization and innovation opportunities, including process simplification, SAP BTP utilization, and modern integration approaches.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Operations teams in an agile and cross-functional setup.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of SAP SD, ideally combined with SAP DRC, particularly in interface and integration scenarios.
• Proven experience in implementing national and international eInvoicing solutions using SAP DRC.
• Solid technical understanding of: Interface monitoring and troubleshooting, Log and trace analysis, Data consistency validation.
• Basic knowledge of: SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API-based communication technologies, Certificate management, Authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, development, and operations teams.
• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level).
• Good English language skills (minimum B2 level).

Advantages:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Output Management and Adobe Forms.
• Experience in process harmonization and process documentation initiatives.
• Familiarity with ALM and project governance tools such as Jira, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), SAP Cloud ALM, or SAP ChaRM.
• Interest or experience in SAP BTP, innovation initiatives, and process automation topics.
