Act as a specialist Reward enablement partner, supporting HR and Reward stakeholders through expert guidance, governance, insight and problem solving. The role focuses on higher-value advisory and enablement activity; repeatable cyclical administration, including administrative support for the Annual Reward Cycle, is delivered by GBO, GRO, automation or self-service wherever possible.
Provide expert guidance on Reward policies, frameworks, governance requirements and decision principles. Support HR teams and leaders in applying Reward principles and making informed, consistent Reward decisions. Analyze Reward trends, service data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks. Develop and maintain knowledge assets, guidance materials, playbooks and self-service tools that enable global standardization. Support implementation of Reward transformation initiatives, continuous improvement and manager capability building.
Proficient English language knowledge and one of these: Chinese/German/Dutch/French/Italian/Polish language knowledge. Strong technical reward experience with understanding of reward frameworks and annual cycles; Service delivery and enablement mindset; Relationship building with stakeholders in multi locations, analytical and problem-solving capability; Ability to improve self-service and standardized ways of working.
