What role will you play in our team

We're looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to help drive service excellence and operational performance across our Customer Service operations. Acting as a key link between Customer Services teams, external service partners and process partners, you will help resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash (O2C) and customer service processes.
• Partner with service providers to improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
• Lead and coordinate the resolution of escalated operational issues.
• Monitor customer feedback and drive timely resolution actions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence initiatives.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
• Support implementation of global customer service processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Quality, and Customer Services teams to enhance customer outcomes.

About You: Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, operations, or Order-to-Cash environments and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and influencing abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to drive outcomes across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules is an advantage, but not a requirement.
