Sales & marketing director (stationed in myanmar)

Our client is an International Real Estate Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plan, strategy, budget and forecast for the projects.
• Conduct market studies and analysis.
• Investigate the market and propose development mix and market positioning.
• Develop the building plans and layout and recommend product packaging.
• To develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree.
• 15 years or above sales and marketing experience in real estate projects.
• Experience in HK or China Real Estate Developers.
• Market savvy and ability to identify viable business leads.
• Good interpersonal skills, with excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
• Energetic, creative, persistent, & resourceful.
• Goal oriented with strong ability to influence.
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese.
