  • Translate business needs into clear specifications in partnership with Product, Technology, and Transformation stakeholders
  • Align definitions, methodologies, and governance across teams to improve consistency and reduce operational risk
  • Maintain documentation for methodologies, operating procedures, data definitions, and controls, and support training and knowledge sharing

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of financial instruments and portfolio concepts such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, exposures, and attribution concepts
  • Experience using investment data and reporting tools (for example, Bloomberg, FactSet, and data or query tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across recurring deliverables and project work while maintaining high quality
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, including proactive risk identification, dependency management, and issue escalation when needed

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
