About the Role

As a Lifeguard Supervisor ( 救生員領班), you will oversee the daily operation of the swimming pool facilities, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and enjoyable environment for guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and pool safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the outdoor swimming pool and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Perform lifeguard duties and maintain safety at all times.
• Monitor pool cleanliness, water quality and equipment to maintain Hotel standards.
• Deliver attentive guest service and handle guests’ inquiries; proactively enhance guests’ satisfactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Team and Engineering Team to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage team scheduling and manpower deployment.

About You

• Possession of Lifeguard Certificate, First Aid Certificate and AED Certificate.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hotels / Clubhouses.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

持有救生員證書、急救證書及自動心臟去顫器（AED）證書
至少三年或以上相關工作經驗，具酒店或會所經驗者優先
良好的英語、廣東話及普通話口語能力
