The Division

Job Summary

This position reports to the Manager, Catering Logistics and Store Supervisor is responsible for monitoring store and receiving operations in the catering store team, ensuring inventory accuracy, HACCP and occupational health & safety compliance. The responsibilities also include people management, supervising, providing leadership and training to staff to ensure that services meet standards, and assisting the store manager and store supervisor in other projects.

The Job

• Assist Manager to monitor all daily works of Catering Store and Receiving Counters;
• Economical use and utilize all Catering Stores and Receiving resources;
• Monitor performance of Storekeepers and Stores Helpers by spot check their daily works / records / documents;
• Communicate with suppliers and users on the matters relating to supply of stores and prepare stock reports;
• Provide initiative to improve daily operations efficiency;
• Complete daily report, monthly reports, and staff duty roster to Stores Supervisor;
• Complete routine / ad hoc tasks, which assigned by Stores Supervisor or above;
• Ensure the working area are safe, tidy and compliance of HACCP procedure in stores & receiving operations;
• Ensure the effective implementation of safety management programmes within their responsible business areas;
• Identify, recommend and implement improvement plan for store and receiving operations, occupational health & safety and food safety to Manager.

About You

• Educational level of secondary school graduate or above
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in storekeeping / catering logistics is preferred
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in food hygiene or HACCP/ ISO22000 knowledge is preferred
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
