We are seeking an entry-level Administrative / IT Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site Tier 1 technical and administrative support to NAVFAC Marianas Command Information Office (CIO3). This position is ideal for a customer-focused individual beginning a career in IT who is eager to learn, develop technical skills, and support government end users.
Candidates must possess one of the following approved certifications prior to onboarding:
Certification must be maintained in accordance with applicable requirements.
This is an on-site position requiring standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasional movement of IT equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Work may occur at multiple NAVFAC locations throughout Guam. Remote work is generally not authorized except for approved situational or emergency circumstances.
The ideal candidate is a dependable, customer-focused individual with a strong interest in IT, a willingness to learn, and the ability to develop technical skills under the guidance of senior IT personnel. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing routine support requests, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a mission-focused federal IT environment.
