Support Officer – Valuations

We are looking for a Support Officer to join the Valuations team. This role is responsible for managing, processing, and handling administrative valuation requests, ensuring their timely and accurate completion in line with established procedures and internal operating standards. The role includes managing incoming requests, checking and recording the necessary information, communicating and collaborating with the relevant departments, and monitoring outstanding matters through to their final resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, and processing administrative requests.
• Handling valuation requests accurately and within the set time limits.
• Collecting and checking the necessary information and supporting documents.
• Communicating and coordinating with the relevant internal departments to complete valuation requests.
• Monitoring the progress of pending cases and taking the necessary actions to bring them to completion.
• Recording and updating information in internal systems.
• Managing daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Providing updates on the progress and status of requests.
• Preparing reports, status summaries, and other administrative information as required.
• Complying with internal procedures and confidentiality rules.
• Supporting the team in the day-to-day coordination of tasks and workload management.
• Preparing and distributing progress reports, highlighting delays or areas for improvement.

Key Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Back Office, administrative support, operations, or related role.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role (i.e. data entry, document management, or support of administrative processes, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with information systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and data.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Team spirit and a collaborative attitude.
