Job Description

We're looking for an English-speaking Retention Agent to join a growing Forex/CFD brokerage in Athens. You'll manage a portfolio of existing clients, building relationships to maximise trading activity and long-term account value. Office-based in Athens — open to relocation candidates (2 months' rent + utilities paid, flights covered) and local candidates.

Must Have:

  • Fluent/native English;
  • Retention experience within Forex, CFD, or Crypto specifically;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Target-driven mindset;
  • Willing to work office-based in Athens (or relocate).
