As an Interventions Facilitator in our Justice and Immigration team, you’ll deliver accredited and non-accredited offending behaviour programmes that support rehabilitation and positive change. Using evidence-based approaches, you’ll help individuals develop the skills, understanding and confidence they need to move towards a more positive future.
Our work touches lives and creates a positive impact on communities. You’ll play a key role in helping participants reflect on their behaviours, overcome barriers to change, and build better outcomes for themselves and those around them. This is a rewarding opportunity where your work has purpose and where you can directly contribute to reducing reoffending and supporting safer communities.
We’re one of the top 1% of international employers, so you can have confidence you’ll be part of a highly supportive culture with leaders you can count on to help you achieve your goals. From mentoring and training to our focus on internal progression, we’re proud to offer clear development opportunities – and the support and tools to help you seize them. We believe in creating headroom for people to grow, empowering our colleagues to make a positive impact every day.
Our employee networks support connection by providing spaces for collaboration, learning, and belonging. They represent and empower all our colleagues including veterans, LGBTQIA+ employees, women, parents and carers, people with disabilities, and people from all cultural backgrounds.
Job offers are subject to Ministry of Justice Enhanced Level 2 checks with Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, satisfactory employment references and occupational health checks. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All roles are subject to random alcohol and drug testing.
