We're looking for a people-focused FM Coordinator to be a welcoming face of the National Recruitment Centre and a key point of contact for colleagues, visitors, candidates and contractors. Working within our Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS) team, you'll play an important role in creating a positive workplace experience, ensuring our office runs smoothly and maintaining an environment where our teams can perform at their best.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering a high standard of service and is confident taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities. Supporting both facilities and office operations, you'll help create an efficient, professional and welcoming workplace that enables our teams to make a positive impact on communities across the UK and support future generations of Armed Forces personnel.
This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. In addition, depending on the nature of the role, you may need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
