Looking for a role where you can help build and shape a new global extended workforce programme from the ground up? CFA Institute is hiring an Extended Workforce Associate Manager to support our new Extended Workforce Programme.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Manager to execute across the lifecycle, hands-on operational delivery, supplier performance management, SOW oversight, platform evolution, workforce analytics, and operationalising policy in a programme being built from scratch, helping translate strategy into high-quality operational outcomes across multiple regions. You will work with hiring managers, suppliers and cross-functional partners across HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Technology to ensure the programme operates efficiently and consistently. This is a highly practical, delivery-focused role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, managing operational complexity and building effective ways of working within a developing programme.

Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
