Change Analyst / PMO Overview

We are looking for motivated and adaptable individuals to join our Change Delivery function as Change Analysts / PMOs. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years' professional experience, either within business change, project delivery, PMO environments, or in roles that have involved strong stakeholder engagement and coordination.

Successful candidates will undertake a comprehensive 3-4 week training programme designed to develop core change management, project delivery and PMO skills, equipping them to support a range of transformation and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of business change and transformation projects.
• Track project activities, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, communications and status updates.
• Engage with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation to gather information and support project objectives.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure delivery against agreed timelines.

Experience

2-4 years' professional experience in a Change, PMO, Project Support, Business Support or similar role; or Experience in roles involving senior stakeholder management, coordination, planning or business operations with a desire to reskill into change and project delivery. Comfortable working across multiple priorities and stakeholders. Eager to learn new methodologies, tools and ways of working. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Financial services experience would be desirable.
