As part of a dynamic international HR team, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and evolution of Schneider Electric's employee listening program. From global surveys to strategic projects that enhance how employee feedback informs decision-making, you will play an active role in helping create a workplace where employees can perform their best.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a large-scale global HR program, work with senior stakeholders, and develop valuable skills in project management, employee experience, communications, analytics, and change management. The position is based in Rueil-Malmaison, France, within the Global HR Total Rewards & Performance organization.
Reporting to the VP, Employee Listening, you will join the team responsible for Schneider Electric's global employee listening strategy and programs. You will collaborate with a diverse network of stakeholders across HR, People Analytics, Schneider Digital, Communications, and Engagement Partners.

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 0 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual’s compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
