Project manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the project's scope, schedule, and resources needed
• Manage the project team, assign tasks and responsibilities, provide guidance and feedback, and resolve conflicts and issues
• Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with each project, implementing strategies to minimize potential impacts
• Liaise and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain clear and constant communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any changes that may occur
• Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, or computer science, or a relevant field
• Project Management certification is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in project management
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Stakeholders' management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Presentation skills
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
