Missions/Main Duties

  • Monitor SEP to align with standards and regulations.
  • Maintain and verify Stakeholder Registers for accuracy.
  • Identify SEP breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Field visits, feedback forms, consultations, and participation review.
  • Participate with NAT & ESA for procedures, consultations, and early access.
  • Public Utilities: Protection, relocation, enhancement, and tie-ins.
  • Data collection, analysis, site investigations, meetings, and workshops.
  • Manage community grievance mechanism & follow-up.
  • Support stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage public utilities conflicts.

Profile/Skills

Required years of experience: 8 -10 years’

Experience in electrical Railway Projects as Stakeholder & Social Lead Engineer.

Experience in Civil infrastructure Projects including Water & Wastewater Projects.

Required qualifications: B.Sc., Civil Engineering.

Required technical and soft skills: Microsoft Office, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Google Earth.

Work location: Office and Site.
