Are you a seasoned insurance professional ready to take a leading role in a growing market?
AIG is looking for a Senior Casualty Underwriter to join our integrated Nordic Casualty team. Based in our Copenhagen office, you will primarily support clients and brokers across the Danish and Norwegian markets, while also contributing to opportunities and client relationships across the wider Nordic region, playing a critical role in our continued regional growth.
This is your opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in Product Liability, General Liability, and Recall Insurance to shape strategic solutions for some of the largest multinational clients in the Nordics.
At AIG, we aspire to a "Learn-It-All" culture. We invest in our senior talent, trusting you to deliver while prioritizing knowledge sharing and continuous development.
As a Senior Casualty Underwriter, you will drive profitable growth and manage the full lifecycle of your assigned portfolio.
This role requires a proactive approach and a deep understanding of the local market.
You will report directly to the Nordic Head of Casualty. The Nordic Casualty team consists of twelve highly specialized underwriters collaborating across borders. While your day-to-day base will be the Copenhagen office, you will operate within a cohesive Nordic structure that relies on teamwork, shared expertise, and flat hierarchies.
We value your experience over a lengthy cover letter. Please send your CV along with a brief summary of your motivation and fit for the role.
We will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. We welcome applications in Scandinavian or English.
