As the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees, the reception represents our company externally and contributes significantly to a positive first impression. It serves as a central interface for communication, organization, and service within the office and canteen container block. This position is temporary. The project site is in Hattersheim and Hanau.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Friendly reception and professional support of guests, customers, and business partners
• Referral of visitors to the appropriate contact people
• Maintenance of visitor data and implementation of access controls
• Coordination of visitor registration at the gate and reception
• Support with administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
• Close collaboration with internal assistants and relevant departments
• Referral of inquiries and activities to the appropriate internal contact persons or support teams

Show your expertise

• Experience in reception, customer service, or a similar position
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Organizational skills and strong service orientation
• Confident use of common office applications
• Discretion, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to be on-site for five days
