Für den Bereich „IM Service & Support / Communication & Collaboration“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen „IT System Engineer Microsoft Infrastructure (w/m/d)“ am Standort Ulm (bevorzugt), alternativ auch Taufkirchen. Der Bereich „Communication & Collaboration“ verantwortet den sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb zentraler Microsoft-Infrastrukturen und Kommunikationslösungen für mehrere tausend Anwender weltweit. Der Schwerpunkt der Position liegt auf der Administration, Fehleranalyse und technischen Weiterentwicklung komplexer Active-Directory- und Windows-Server-Umgebungen sowie der Integration von Microsoft 365.

Ihre Aufgaben

Administration und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Active-Directory-Infrastrukturen einschließlich Gruppenrichtlinien, Berechtigungen und Verzeichnisdiensten
Administration, Betrieb und Optimierung von Windows-Server-Infrastrukturen im On-Premises-Umfeld
Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer technischer Störungen in Active Directory und Windows Server
Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365 sowie Integration in bestehende On-Premises-Infrastrukturen
Konzeption und Umsetzung technischer Verbesserungen zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit, Stabilität und Verfügbarkeit der Microsoft-Infrastruktur

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Administration und im Troubleshooting komplexer Microsoft-Infrastrukturen im On-Premises-Umfeld
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory einschließlich Administration, Gruppenrichtlinien und komplexer Fehleranalyse sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server und Microsoft 365
Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im Identity and Access Management (IAM) oder Defence-Umfeld
Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
