What you will enjoy doing

In this role, you support all phases of construction projects, from the tender stage through project execution to construction site close-out activities, under the guidance of the Project Construction Manager (PCM) and Site Manager. You contribute to construction engineering activities and take ownership of assigned work packages and responsibilities. Assisting the PCM in preparing construction site specifications and execution concepts in line with project and customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, quality, and other project stakeholders to identify and define carry-over work to be completed during the site execution phase. On construction site you act as an integral member of the site construction team, reporting directly to the Site Manager and supporting the successful delivery of construction activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for designated site activities, including warehouse monitoring and coordination, material management, and supporting mechanical inspections of equipment, piping systems, and related installations. You will review and support the approval process of as-built documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Promote and ensure the implementation of Linde Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and requirements, contributing to a strong safety culture and compliance on site at all times. Support project reporting, progress monitoring, and documentation activities throughout the construction phase. Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.

What makes you great

You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and gained initial professional experience in an engineering or industrial environment. Demonstrated willingness to travel extensively and undertake long-term assignments at construction sites, both domestically and internationally is required. You possess at least basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) combined with a strong interest in data management, analytics, and digital technologies. Proficient English language skills at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.
