Job Responsibilities:

Specialista průmyslové automatizace

• Správa zařízení průmyslové automatizace ve výrobním závodě
• Správa řídících systémů SIEMENS (PLC+HMI)
• Správa elektro rozvaděčů
• Diagnostika a řešení závad
• Spolupráce na zavádění technických změn ve výrobě na základě interních požadavků nebo technických změn zákazníka
• Pomoc s rozvojem existujících a návrhem nových technologií (optické rozpoznávání, RFID, apod.)
• Podpora dalších oddělení – IT, údržba, výroba atd.
• Spolupráce s externími dodavateli a koordinace dodávek technologií průmyslové automatizace
• Udržování dokumentace a školení ostatních zaměstnanců

Požadujeme:

• VŠ/SŠ nejlépe technického směru
• Anglický, popřípadě německý jazyk na úrovni min. B1/B2 podmínkou
• Základní práce s IT technikou, uživatelská znalost OS Windows a MS Office
• Ochota učit se nové věci, schopnost rychlé orientace v nových systémech
• Ochota zajišťovat vzdálenou telefonickou podporu v případě problému (3-směnný provoz závodu)
• Vyhláška 50/1978 Sb., §6
• Řidičský průkaz sk. B

Výhodou:

• Praxe na obdobné pozici výhodou
• Znalost následujících systémů: SIEMENS Simatic Step7, TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible/TIA
• Znalost programování PLC ve standartních programovacích jazycích (LAD, SCL, GRAPH, FBD, apod.)
• Zkušenosti s I/O systémy (SIEMENS ET200SP, apod.) a průmyslovými komunikačními protokoly (Profinet, Profibus, CAN, AS-I, apod.)
• Zkušenost s diagnostikou strojů a technologií
• Znalost systémů pro ukládání a výměnu dat (SQL, OPC, ODBC)
• Schopnost číst a rozumět technické dokumentaci (elektro, strojní, pneumatické výkresy)
