Rossum Solution Delivery is standing up AI-Native Services Delivery as a formal operating model inside Coupa Value Services. We are hiring the leader of its functional-consulting layer — a Senior Manager seat reporting to the RVP Solution Delivery, leading a team of seven senior functional consultants who deliver the Rossum-functional side of enterprise customer implementations.

The operating model you would join

Already shipping, not slideware. Our delivery team runs with agents in the loop — over ninety tools and eighteen production skills in an internal agentic toolchain, built by delivery practitioners for delivery practitioners, on top of Rossum’s own AI engine. We build our own AI. We did not build a business by prompting someone else’s. If that distinction matters to you, this seat will feel like the right place.

What You Will Own

• You set and model the AI-performance-tuning bar — how far real-customer-data tuning should go before an implementation reads as “done”, what makes one tuning approach better than another, and the pattern vocabulary the team uses to compare approaches across customers. What works gets codified into plays and specs that outlast the project — pattern libraries, not meeting notes.
• You partner directly with our Principal Innovation Architect on the pipeline that turns experimental AI-native functional pilots into everyday delivery practice — briefing the team, running first adoption engagements, feeding evidence back so pilots that work get scaled and pilots that do not get killed early. Agent-assisted functional consulting is how the team is structured to work, not a side project.
• You define and operate the working interface with Coupa Engagement Management as client-facing project ceremony transitions out of Rossum PS, holding the boundary rather than absorbing overflow back into the team.
• You will operate as a peer in the four-person leadership group — Solution Architecture, PS Engineering, Principal Innovation Architect, and the RVP — actively shaping how services delivery works at Rossum, and in time across the wider Coupa Value Services portfolio.

The Rossum-Functional Standard

Set and uphold team-wide standards across schema design, workflow, business rules, configuration, training, pre-live validation, and troubleshooting. The seven consultants on your team are already senior; your focus is to raise the ceiling, not teach the basics.

AI Performance Tuning Leadership

Model and establish the criteria for real-customer-data tuning before an implementation is considered complete. Codify repeatable approaches and pattern libraries so practical knowledge outlasts individual projects.

Pilot-to-Practice Delivery

Partner directly with our Principal Innovation Architect to translate experimental AI-native functional pilots into day-to-day delivery practice — managing team adoption, running initial client engagements, and scaling methods that demonstrate measurable success while retiring those that do not.

Operational Interfaces

Define and manage the delivery interface with Coupa Engagement Management as customer-facing ceremonies transition, maintaining clear boundaries and accountability.

Strategic Leadership

Serve as a core peer in the four-person services leadership group (Solution Architecture, PS Engineering, Principal Innovation Architect, and RVP), shaping the future of AI-native services delivery across Rossum and the wider Coupa Value Services organisation.

What You Will Bring to Coupa

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, functional consulting or Professional Services leadership, including three or more years running a team. Deep hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing or a comparable AI-application platform where implementation quality depends on tuning AI to real customer data, not on configuring defaults.
• You raise the bar the team sets for itself rather than taking the work on personally. Your default question on every implementation is how far a fixed product can be pushed for this customer, not how to work around it. You treat playbooks, patterns and written standards-of-good as first-class outputs of your seat — not as a documentation hobby after the fact.
• You are fluent in — or hungry to become fluent in — AI-native delivery methods: spec-driven delivery, agent-assisted implementation, eval-based quality gates, and the discipline of treating reusable delivery capabilities as versioned, tested software rather than tribal knowledge. You enjoy working alongside a Principal Innovation Architect on a pilot-to-practice pipeline — bringing pattern recognition, evidence and adoption discipline, not scepticism.
• You negotiate working interfaces across organisations rather than coordinating ad-hoc, and you hold your own as a peer in a strong, opinionated leadership group. Prior Rossum tenure, Coupa / SAP / NetSuite ecosystem familiarity, or AI-native delivery exposure all count.

Joining Coupa means stepping into a Value Services organisation delivering end-to-end AP, procurement and finance transformation at enterprise scale. Prior exposure to that ecosystem is a plus; what matters more is that you bring the credibility, written thinking and partnership instinct to operate inside it from day one — representing Rossum-functional practice in Value Services conversations and shaping how the handoffs with Engagement Managers, Coupa University, Trailblazers and Value Realization land as the model matures.

What You Will Bring

• Enterprise Delivery Leadership: 10+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, functional consulting, or Professional Services leadership, including at least 3 years directly managing a team.
• Deep IDP / AI Experience: Hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or a comparable AI application platform where deployment quality hinges on tuning models to real customer data rather than setting basic defaults.
• A Builder's Standard: A commitment to pushing platform capabilities for customers, treating documented playbooks, architectural patterns, and reusable standards as primary deliverables rather than administrative chores.
• AI-Native Fluent: Practical understanding of — or strong drive to learn — modern delivery approaches: spec-driven implementation, agentic workflows, eval-based quality gates, and version-controlled delivery capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to negotiate working agreements across complex enterprise organisations and collaborate effectively with a seasoned, opinionated peer group. Prior experience in the Coupa, SAP, or NetSuite ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Clear Communication: Strong written thinking and partnership skills to represent Rossum-functional practice across Value Services initiatives, onboarding flows, and customer handoffs.
