Position Details

Job Title: Bookkeeper / Accountant

Department: Accounting

Location: Nicosia

As a Bookkeeper / Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our clients' records, working closely with our professional team to deliver high-quality accounting services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT obligations, and other applicable financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Support finance functions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant qualifications).
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. PatSoft / Sofia / Advance knowledge Dynamics 365) will be considered an advantage.
