About the job:

The HCP Global Brands Activator is responsible for translating global HCP brand strategies into impactful local market executions across the LATAM Zone. The role ensures global toolkits are effectively localized, adopted, and activated while maintaining scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and commercial relevance. Working closely with global, regional, medical, omnichannel, and local marketing teams, the position drives HCP engagement, brand performance, and advocacy for key gastroenterology brands across multiple markets.

Main responsibilities:

• Champion adoption and localization of global HCP brand toolkits across Zone markets
• Translate global strategies into locally relevant omnichannel activation plans
• Partner with Zone Omnichannel, Content, Medical, and Brand teams to execute campaigns
• Ensure brand messaging complies with scientific claims, regulatory standards, and medical guidance
• Drive HCP engagement, education, and advocacy initiatives across priority markets
• Monitor toolkit adoption, campaign performance, and activation effectiveness
• Generate actionable insights and feedback for Global Brand Teams
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority to ensure execution excellence

About you:

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in Brand Marketing, HCP Marketing, Product Management, or related healthcare marketing roles
• Experience developing and executing healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives.
• Understanding of HCP engagement models, education programs, and advocacy-building activities.
• Ability to translate medical and scientific content into meaningful customer-facing campaigns.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Science, Healthcare, or a related field
• Training or certification in brand marketing, omnichannel marketing, or digital engagement preferred
