What You'll Do

• Participate in BCG's Case Competition — a hands-on experience where you'll work as a team of 3 to solve a real business case in Bogotá. You'll develop your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and communication under real consulting conditions, presenting your recommendations to BCG consultants.
• Work as a team to analyze and solve a real business case
• Structure your thinking, build a hypothesis, and develop recommendations
• Present your solution to BCG consultants and compete for the top spot
• Get a firsthand look at what it means to work at BCG

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or recent graduate, from any major or university
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for business and strategy
• Strong teamwork, active listening, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team of 3
• Eagerness to learn, think critically, and present ideas with clarity
• Genuine interest in consulting and problem-solving
• In-person attendance required on Saturday, November 7th in Bogotá

Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate with your team of 3 throughout the competition. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other candidates interested in BCG and consulting, and interact directly with BCG consultants from the Bogotá office.
