YOUR ROLE

Responsible for submitting and monitoring files throughout the customs signature process. He ensures the proper delivery of documents to customs and compliance with the procedures established by the Group. He ensures proper record-keeping of customs files and communicates and reports any information related to their status.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Receive and validate the documents received;
• Submit the files in the customs system;
• Follow up on signatures;
• Alert the operator in case of any blockage or issues;
• Respect the agreed commitments (deadlines and timelines);
• Monitor the progress of the files;
• Follow up with customs agents;
• Check the compliance of all documents;
• Inform the operator at each stage of the process;
• Ensure good collaboration with external partners;
• Immediately inform the direct supervisor of any risk situation;
• Ensure continuous training and the development of skills in line with the work environment;
• Strictly comply with the process and the established hierarchical structure.

BAC+2

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

• Logistics Experience
• Valid motorcycle and light vehicle driving license required.
• Proven ability to ride a motorcycle and drive a vehicle.
